Balkan Development Center is the lead and the project coordinator.
BDC is a non-governmental and non-profitable association. Association is established for the purpose of achieving the objectives in the development of civil society and non-profit sector in Serbia, protecting and promoting human and minority rights, education, information, social protections in order to promote and implement modern approaches in planning and development management at the local and regional level, involvement in processes which imply spatial, economic, social development and environmental protection.
Citizens’ Initiative for the Future (from the municipality of Bosilegard)
The association “Citizens’ Initiative for the Future” is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that seeks to build and strengthen civil society and civil initiatives on local level in order to improve and upgrade the overall living conditions of all residents, and especially of vulnerable groups and youth.
Municipality of Kuršumlija
Municipality of Kuršumlija is located in southern Serbia. It is a local body responsible for the social, economic and environment welfare of citizens, and conduct locally national youth and education policy.

EP municipality is CBS region where youth depopulation is growing as it borders also with Sofia capital.

NAPHU is the lead nationwide legalized from state as representative NGO with over 6000 members – people with physical, mental, sensor and etc. acquired disabilities /AD/.
